A lifetime is a very short time in which to perfect something. And I don’t believe I will ever reach what I am stretching out to. But tomorrow I will be here carving, and the tomorrow after that. And this is enough for me.

Water drop koru vessels. Keeping it simple
My retirement plan is pretty simple. I figure, sooner or later, the large object carving is going to wear me out. So I’ll just keep carving the netsuke size. Just got to keep the eyes working👀
